palo alto and san jose got about one half of one inch. radar is clear now. hi-def doppler showing zero rainfall. that's how it's going to stay for a while as high pressure builds in but clear lights lead to cold nights. watch out for fog in the north bay valleys. the front moved through overnight. we got the good decent soaker out there but as we said the rain will be out of here by lunchtime. it was out earlier by that. watch the next storm where it's heading. not down toward us instead toward western washington and british columbia because high pressure is building in. it's going to create a dome of protection keeping the storm track north not just for tomorrow and friday, saturday and sunday, next monday, next tuesday. this dome of high pressure is going nowhere, which means the sunshine also will be going nowhere. it will be sunny. tomorrow and pretty much for the next five to seven days. we'll be sunny, dry and mild. now, overnight, when we get chilly this time of the year, we can see some fog and we'll see fog in the north bay valleys. lots of sunshine
